BridgeMAXX Team Member Spotlight

Since taking over BridgeMAXX in 2012, many people have been involved in changing the company to better serve our customers. You probably know some of our customer service reps and field techs, but there’s a few people who work behind the scenes to keep BridgeMAXX running successfully. Every once in a while, we’d like to shine the spotlight on these team members, and help our customers get to know us a little better. So without further ado, let’s get that spotlight shining on….

jim bridgemaxxJim Connor

BridgeMAXX CEO

Jim currently lives in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland, and is proud to serve the Indiana community. He enjoys spending time with his 2 dogs, a black lab and a springer spaniel, and can often be found searching Google endlessly.

When Jim’s bio-pic film is finally optioned and produced, he’d love for Peter Griffin, his favorite cartoon character, to play him. Although, we’re not quite sure Peter should be allowed to participate in Jim’s favorite activities, like boating, fishing, or hunting. Water + hooks + weaponry + Peter Griffin may not be the best combination.

Maybe Jim’s story would be better suited as a comic book, where he has enhanced brain capacity and can fly. Jim has no hidden talents, he makes sure we know them all. As he’s saving the world, (or at least helping us get quality internet) you can hear his theme song playing in the background – Chicago’s “Getting Better All the Time”. His super powers are activated by his consumption of beer and nachos, (understanding the Peter Griffin vibe, yet) like Popeye’s spinach addiction. The artists are already knocking down our doors for the rights to this comic book adventure.

On a serious note, Jim is happy to be the leader of the BridgeMAXX organization, and he’ll never forget the ribbon cutting at the opening of the Richmond office. He’s always encouraging his team to give great customer service, because that’s what’s important – You Guys! He invites everyone in the community to try the new and improved BridgeMAXX Wireless Internet Service, and let us know how we can be better and what we can do to improve. We’re all about building our brand together, and feedback from our customers is always encouraged.

Now that you know a little more about him, feel free to say hello next time you see him at a BridgeMAXX outing. Leave us a comment below!
